All orders will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order confirmation email will display your order number and purchase summary.  Please keep your order number private and refer to it when reaching out to our customer service team. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME FOR IN STOCK MERCHANDISE:  Domestic orders are processed Monday - Friday.  Please allow 3 - 5 business days from purchase date for your order to be processed.  

PROCESSING TIME FOR PRE-ORDERS or Black Friday ORDERS:  Domestic pre-orders are shipped 45 - 60 days from purchase date. Once our warehouse receives the pre-order items please allow 3 business days for processing. 

BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS:  All Black Friday orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 Business Days depending on sale volumes.  We will notify you via email with tracking information.  

CARRIER SHIPPING RATE & DELIVERY TIME:  Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order once shipped.  Please note, the estimated delivery date shown at checkout will not include processing times as listed above for in stock, pre-orders or Black Friday Sales.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping option at this time so please be aware the shipping rate and delivery time is dependent upon your order's final destination.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your UPS tracking number, and other shipping information.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.  Please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for your package.  Pease create an account with UPS My Choice to track your shipment and/or edit your address.

All orders are shipped via UPS.  Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

ORDERING PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

To save on shipping costs and materials, we will try our best to have full orders shipped together. If by chance missing items are taking too long to arrive we will ship out what items we do have in-stock.

STANDARD SHIPPING Rates for US Customers

Shipping Rates are automatically calculated based on location and shipping weight in checkout by UPS.  Shipping rates calculated will include, UPS shipping fees and Faithimony fees (packaging, handling, etc).   

$200.00 and up - Orders ship Free (No coupon code needed)

www.Faithimony.com will ensure your package is delivered to UPS in perfect condition.  However, once your item has been accepted by UPS we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged packages.  If you would like to add insurance to insure your package please purchase insurance on the site, or leave notes at checkout to receive a separate invoice.
